Shipping policy

Where We Ship

We ship Australia-wide. Most of our stock is held locally in Perth, Western Australia, which means faster delivery for Perth metro customers compared to retailers shipping from the east coast.

Regional WA 3–5 business days
Eastern States (VIC, NSW, QLD, SA) 3–7 business days
NT, TAS, remote areas 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and your location. Orders placed before 12pm AWST on business days are generally dispatched the same day.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping is available on all orders over $300 within Australia. For orders under $300, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. You can use these to monitor your delivery through the carrier's website.

Handling Time

Orders are processed and dispatched on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Western Australian public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible at shop@perth-it.au or 08 6336 9466 so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Local Pickup

We do not currently offer a local pickup option. All orders are dispatched via courier or Australia Post.
