The APC Back-UPS 650VA/400W (BK650-AS) is a tower-style standby UPS with four IEC C13 outlets, three on battery backup and one surge-only, designed to protect office systems and data from power surges, spikes and blackouts. It delivers around 35 minutes of runtime at a 100W load from its 230V supply, includes RJ45 data-line protection for phone, fax, modem or DSL lines, and connects via an IEC 60320 C14 input with both 1.2m and 1.8m detachable IEC power cords included. The user-replaceable lead-acid battery (RBC17 replacement, BATT17-1209 compatible) keeps the unit desk- or floor-ready rather than rack-mounted, and it is covered by a 2-year warranty.
