The APC Smart-UPS X SMX1500RMI2U delivers 1500VA/1200W of line-interactive, pure sine wave power protection for servers and network gear, with a 2U chassis that converts between rack and tower mounting and supports extended runtime. An IEC 320 C14 inlet feeds eight C13 outlets plus two IEC jumper cables, and a SmartSlot bay accepts an optional Network Management Card while integrating with PowerChute Business Edition for unattended shutdown. At a full 1200W load it delivers roughly 5 minutes 45 seconds of backup runtime, and ships with rack-mount rails, a signalling cable and USB cable, plus replacement battery APCRBC115 for servicing. Covered by a 36-month warranty.
