The TP-Link EAP225 is an Omada-compatible ceiling or wall-mount access point delivering simultaneous dual-band Wi-Fi, up to 300Mbps on 2.4GHz and 867Mbps on 5GHz for a combined 1200Mbps of throughput, with MU-MIMO support for efficient multi-device performance. It is powered over its single Gigabit Ethernet port via 802.3af PoE, and includes band steering, load balancing and support for up to 16 SSIDs, making it easy to run separate guest and staff networks with captive portal authentication. Free EAP/Omada controller software lets administrators manage hundreds of access points centrally, and the unit is backed by a 5-year warranty.
