Y Cable - USB/QD Trainer Cable for YHS series

Yealink USB/QD Trainer Cable is an effective tool for call center trainers. This cable can connect two Yealink Quick Disconnect (QD) headsets to one PC simultaneously, so supervisors and agents can join the call at the same time.

Supervisors can either choose to stay join the conversations or stay muted and listen. What's more, the cable can also be used as a USB to QD adapter because we leave the supervisor cable shorter than the agent cable.

The cable is a powerful tool for call center supervisors to train the agents.
